AVPM® Monthly Parker Billing System

With AVPM® you will be able to create invoices and collect payments from your monthly parkers. AVPM® will manage your valet monthly parkers and self parking monthly parkers in different ways.

AVPM® Monthly account billing system is designed to:

• Create Monthly Parker accounts (# 1)
• Create monthly bills by selected class type ( # 2)
• Smoothly integrate "take over customers" (# 3)
• Give different initial grace period for "take over customers" for the previous due amounts (# 4)
• Add as many vehicles needed to any account (# 5)
• Print Bar-coded labels for each vehicle (# 6)
• Deactivate any vehicle at any time from the account (# 7)

You may also create 2 different types tax percentage and the third one is "tax exempt". Select the proper tax percentage for each account or use "default tax" rate.

AVPM® is also designed to handle the most complex monthly rates and it is easy to use. Monthlies Rate tool features:

• Capability to enter different rates for each vehicle (# 1). Availability to add as many vehicles as needed.
• Create different "classes" with different rates (# 2) UNLIMITED amounts of classes.
• Charge "late fees" flat rate or by percentage (# 3)
• Schedule a "rate increase" or decrease (# 4)
• Include (or not) tax amount (# 5)
• Create VATS (Validation Tracking Stickers) to your monthly accounts with a regular transient parking fees or with a different fee (# 6)
• Limit your monthly account vehicles to use the parking lot in specific hours and have them pay regular transient fee if they over stay (# 7)
• Limit your monthly account vehicles to enter specified times per day (# 8)
